We utilize the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Terms of Professional Engagement and entertain work on an hourly basis or as a basis for all encompassing traditional fee bid requests.

Traditional fee bid work encompasses monthly invoicing with payment within 14 days. Stage payments are not available. Please budget between 10-14% of your project value for engagement.

Service retainers are not entertained.

Short- and long-term work is considered subject to enquiry including capacity overspill or resourcing requirements.

Short term organisational capacity and resource problems solved. Enquire for more details. 

Rates commence at £35.00 per hour.  Invoice interval period of one week for hourly / day rate based work with payment within 7 days.

All manner of short or long term work considered including vacation planning, maternity leave, sickness  and all other staff absence matters.

We are happy to provide corporate presentation and undertake all necessary administration for inclusion upon your supply chain.

Although subject to the requirements of His Majesties Revenue and Customs - currently we are not registered for Value Added Tax.

Dependant upon service provision, full corporate credit check may be required dependent upon organisational circumstance.

Professional Indemnity is undertaken on new client advice based on likely indemnity value requirements and length and type of service provision. Typically we hold £1 million indemnity in any one claim for the duration of the service provision.
