For our full project service, we offer servies from pre-construction and tender to project financial completion, we will work with you every step of the way.
We also offer independent commercial management expertise to the discerning Small Medium Enterprise who are engaged in Construction Activities.
We offer a free 30 minute free consultation either by telephone or video conference. In addition, we are able to provide full corporate presentation to your directors, board or supply chain managers.
Although enquiries welcome and subject to director interest we have extremely limited capacity for Pro Bono (free) instruction.
We offer services to the majority of building types, procurement, contract types and measurement method options including leisure, retail, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.
Geographically we undertake commissions in Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire with extensions in to parts of Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire and Warwickshire. We have also recently expanded our coverage with representations in north London.
Although we take site visit and attendance as a prerequisite, we greatly prefer remote or partly remote enquiries.
Mechanical and Electrical installations are considered but we are unable to professionally indemnify Civil Engineering or Ground Works.
All fees are Corporation Tax deductible.
