From pre-construction and tender to project completion, I will work with you every step of the way.

I offer a free 30 minute free consultation either by telephone or video conference. In addition, I am able to provide full corporate presentation to your directors, board or supply chain managers.

I offer services to the majority of building types, procurement, contract types and measurement method options including leisure, retail, industrial, commercial and residential sectors.

Geographically I undertake commissions in Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire with extensions in to parts of Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire and Warwickshire.

Although I take site visit and attendance as a prerequisite, I greatly prefer remote or partly remote enquiries.

Mechanical and Electrical installations are considered but I am unable to professionally indemnify Civil Engineering or Ground Works.

All fees are Corporation Tax deductible.

 

 

Instruction details

I utilize the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Terms of Professional Engagement and entertain work on an hourly basis or as a basis for all encompassing traditional fee bid requests.

Short- and long-term work is considered subject to enquiry.

All manner of short or long term work considered including vacation planning, maternity leave, sickness  and all other staff absence matters.

Rates commence at £35.00 per hour. Invoice interval period of one week for hourly based work with payment within 7 days.

Traditional fee bid work encompasses monthly invoicing with payment within 14 days. Stage payments are not available.

Service retainers are not entertained.

I am happy to provide corporate presentation and undertake all necessary administration for inclusion upon your supply chain.

I am not registered for Value Added Tax.

Dependant upon service provision, full corporate credit check may be required dependent upon organisational circumstance.

Professional Indemnity is undertaken on new client advice based on likely indemnity value requirements and length and type of service provision. Typically I hold £1 million indemnity in any one claim for the duration of the service provision.
