Undertaking development appraisal, cost plan, contract document preparation and e-tender I was of assistance to my colleague working on the Gunnersbury Park Café for COSMUR on behalf of Hounslow Council. JCT 2024 DB contract and a project value of £1.24 million
Working for an Insolvency Practice I was responsible for cash flow and retention release maximisation for Durabella Flooring in Ireland to contest a winding up petition. The organisation is still trading.
